On the top left of the screen, does it say that you are currently promoting a video?
Are you watching videos all the way to the end? Usually it's best to go with automatic train to make sure you get credit.
It's also important to not try to promote on more than one computer/browser on the same IP address.
That happens to me a lot, the right side of the screen is not refreshed. You can tell because the titles of the videos do not match.
What exactly doesn't match? The right side with the top left? Or the right side with the bottom left?
