I have a Question are the views that I get on my Youtube from real people? if I buy Views do I have a chance to get subscribers as well?

I think it's fairly clear that views here are from real people given that you, yourself, are one of the viewers. Views here are mainly based on effort (how many of everyone else's videos you watch) not so much merit (having a great video), although a great video will tend to do better.
Few people will sit there and watch hundreds of videos every day and start making comments and subscribing. Most users use automatic train. The real point of this site is to be able to earn real, safe views for free to help a video to take off on its own. People are more likely to watch a video that already has a lot of views.
We're just trying to give our users a fair shot against the big, established producers on youtube that already have thousands of subscribers and can automatically get thousands of views no matter what kind of video they post.

So if I buy 5,000 views does that mean I get them onto my youtube channel by real people? say I buy 10,000 views and a lot of them like my channel They have a chance of subscribing correct?

If you buy views, your video will be watched by real people who are paid to watch. They are not paid to subscribe. If you want subscribers, you can also buy them.
